Make a Reservation

First time boarding at the Tuxedo Pet Lodge? Follow the instructions below to book your pet’s first stay!

1. Fill out a Boarding Agreement (found below) and gather proof of required vaccinations

2. Send an email to cathy@tuxedopetlodge.com with the dates of guest’s stay and whether you plan to drop-off/pickup in the AM or PM; make sure to attach a Boarding Agreement and proof of vaccinations

3. Pay attention for an email confirming guest’s stay or asking for additional information!

Important Information

Please pack enough food to last your pet their entire stay. Pack your pet whatever they normally eat at home, we have a kitchen onsite to prepare meals to the standard that your pet has come to expect.

Asides from food, pack your pet anything from home you feel will make them comfortable; toys, beds, blankets, treats, etc.

You do not have to bring feeding dishes unless you want to (e.g., slow feeders, raised dishes)

If your pet is scheduled for a walk or field trip, please bring a harness and leash, otherwise we will use our own.

Boarding Agreement

A Boarding Agreement is required to be filled out before proceeding with first-time boarding or daycare services. This form allows us to better understand your pet and helps us with making reservations.

Please attach your completed Boarding Agreement along with copies of your pet’s up-to-date vaccinations. In your message, be sure to include your pet’s requested stay dates, drop-off and pick-up times (AM or PM), and any desired packages or additional services.
